Symbolic registry

NamedSky records names in its own registry only; names are not recognized by the International Astronomical Union or any scientific body and confer no ownership of any celestial object.

Public content

Names and dedications are public by design. They are visible to people flying through the NamedSky experience, may appear on share pages, and may be moderated or removed if they break our rules or harm the experience.

Acceptable use

Do not place unlawful, hateful, abusive, harassing, impersonating, or privacy-invasive content in the sky. Keep the registry fit for the people who will fly past it.
